Academic requirements:
-BA/MA graduate degree that must have a major study in Education, English, English as a Second Language (ESL), English as a Foreign Language (EFL), Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Foreign Languages, or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
– PGCE – TEFL – CELTA – DELTA DESIRED

Candidates must have the following:
At least one year of specialized experience in English language or foreign language instruction. Specialized experience (teaching adult) includes:
-providing instruction to a diverse student body using the principles, practices and techniques of English as a Second Language (ESL) and English as a Foreign Language (EFL)
-teaching ESL/EFL to adults from basic elementary to advanced English
-planning, preparing and coordinating instructional activities for adult students
-creating and managing student assessment techniques and objectives to include test and measurement principles
-assisting in the development and improvement of curriculum design, training materials, instructional delivery, and student administration
-preparing lesson plans by selecting and adapting instructor texts and guides, or developing a plan of instruction for class-specific exercises
Salary Benefit: $55,000 per annum

Costs will be reimbursed by the company upon arrival in KSA (must keep original receipts)
Upon passing the interview with the Academic director through Skype or phone call candidates must complete a 1-week training course in San Antonia TEXAS. Starts 22nd January 2019.
All costs for travelling, hotel and flight for this trip will be provided by the company and an additional $500 will be given for spending during your week stay in the states. This course is a breakdown for what you will be teaching in Dhahran and is not an examination but to familiarise yourself with the teaching content.
