I went through this program as part of an academic bridging certificate. Honestly, it was a decent fit for how I like to learn by trying things out. The hands-on bits were useful. I feel pretty content with the whole thing. It gave me a bit more confidence about teaching abroad, which was my main goal for getting an international perspective.
