My son completed a course with itefl.org

Chinese consulate in Perth Australia would not authenticate the certificate as it was not from an Australian entity, that’s their policy here. Shouldnt have been a proble as the website of itefl.org  list an office in Perth, turns out that’s a ‘call centre’ only. Totally misleading, and fraudulent to claim you can teach anywhere in the world. Surely they know that some consulate have this policy and thats why they pretend to have an office in other countries.

Tried to get help from them but Nadine justs asks for more money for this and that, offers no help and spells my name wrong repeatedly.

  2. I paid for the dual course for a colleague as well as myself. I finished the course a month ago and my colleague finished the course last week. We have yet to receive any certificate and only receive the runaround. They keep asking for me to verify that I paid only by a PDF form. Although I can send screenshots of my completion page which is what they asked for and I send an email, they do not accept that. They also don’t appear to have a record of any of the people that pay so although they have my email and login information they don’t know whether I paid for the course or not apparently based upon my phone number email address. This is a big problem that needs to be addressed or give me my money back although it wasn’t much it’s the time in aggravation that it’s caused me for a simple certificate. Apparently LOREN from support is of little assistance.
