Lately I’ve been working through the 120-hour course, mostly on weekends. It’s a decent refresher for someone like me who needed a professional update. The material is fine, nothing too exciting. Honestly, I just wanted a change of pace. The tutor, *******, helped me understand the tougher grammar bits. I feel a bit more confident about teaching abroad now, which is the main goal. I’m working through the certificate right now, and it’s been a solid pick for me. I like to learn on my own, so the online setup fit my style. I signed up to gain an international perspective, and honestly, I feel thrilled with how it’s going. Sure, some schools might not accept it, but for the price and hours, it’s a good deal. The modules are straightforward, and I’m learning a lot. It’s a decen...[Read More]

I just wrapped up the online certificate portion and it was pretty straightforward. It fit my schedule well. I’m really happy with how things went overall. This should help me shift gears from my old job into teaching. I’m already looking forward to signing up for their next course to keep building on this.

I just wrapped up the self-paced course last week. It was pretty straightforward and covered the basics well. The grammar sections were a bit dry, but the teaching practice videos helped. I feel ready to head overseas now, which is the main thing. Meeting new people abroad is what I’m after. The job board is a nice bonus too.

So I finished the 100-hour program and honestly, it was just what I needed to get out of my normal routine. I was pretty neutral going in, just wanted a change. But the way the lessons are set up really worked for me since I like to think things through on my own. It was a solid way to start fresh.

It’s a really good feeling to look back and see how far I’ve come. Getting through those 100 hours was tough but worth it. I wanted to get better at explaining things to my students, and I feel like I can now. I’m pretty content with how it all turned out. ******* really helped me understand complex topics like grammar, which I was worried about. The whole experience gave me a solid base to start ...[Read More]

Reflecting on my time with TEFL Hero, I can say it was a solid refresher for me. I took a professional course a while back, so this was a good way to brush up. It brought back my love for languages, which was the main goal. I’m somewhat happy with how it went. The material was laid out well for someone like me who likes to think things through. Mostly I felt less happy after finishing the 200-hour online diploma. I was hoping to meet peers from different backgrounds, but the structure kept us pretty isolated. The course itself was solid, but that social piece was missing for me. I’m a structured learner, so the layout worked well, but it wasn’t the community experience I expected.

I took this online cert while getting ready to move somewhere totally new. The visual stuff like the charts and examples really helped me get it. My excitement dipped a bit by week three though, it felt long. Feedback from ******* was always useful. Overall, a solid choice.

I just wrapped up the 100-hour program. Meeting folks from all over was the best part, honestly. The course itself was pretty straightforward and easy to follow. Glad I picked this one. It felt like a solid choice for the money.

After finishing the 100-hour course a while back, I still feel ready to teach overseas. Working with others really helped me learn. Exploring new cultures is my main goal, so this fit perfectly. Honestly, I am very happy with it all. ******* made the lessons enjoyable, which was a nice bonus.
